Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation and provide you a better service. We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are of the best quality.
12 Month Warranty
Products showing abuse, misuse, alteration or lightning strikes may not be repaired under warranty. All other cameras will be repaired or replaced within 1 year(from the date of purchase). If reasonable repairs are not feasible or acceptable, we may elect to furnish a replacement or make a full refund.
You will need to send the product back to us and pay for the return shipping fee, and with insurance to cover the item. When we receive the product, we will repair it and ship it back to you with postage paid.
All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please place the RMA number given to you by us, on two sides of the carton being returned. All returns that do not have RMA numbers on them will not be accepted. It is implied that customer agrees to the terms of the Return Policy as stated above.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer this as a FREE service on the products that you buy from us for the lifetime of the product. However, if there is a product that you want help with, that you did not buy from us, we cannot offer our free technical support.

Please keep in mind, although we will do everything we can to meet your technical needs, a few products do fall under our limited technical support policy. If you need further assistance, please consider our “Remote Router/Camera Setup Option”. Our technicians can securely remotely connect to your computer and router, then make the necessary changes to have them communicate with each other for a nominal fee.
In addition, when remotely diagnosing and solving difficult technical problems, there is always some chance for error based on us not physically being there. Therefore, our advice is based on your own description of the problem and is provided in good faith and to the best of our ability.
